(Advertorial) The first Polo watch by Piaget was released in 1979 – and now the watch got a whole new makeover. The new Piaget Polo S definitely is a timeless masterpiece.
I’m in love with the slightly square shaped lunette and the blue watch face, which complements the sea perfectly (as you can see in my visual story, created on a cruiseship).
Now everytime I’ll see the Polo S with a blue dial it will always remind me of the color of the sea. Wether I’ll be strolling through November grey Vienna or while exploring the mountains of Austria or playing the next Polo tournament. Ok the latter I won’t do, because I’m a little scared of horses to be honest ;)
The first Polo watch was made of solid gold, but the new Polo S version is made of stainless steel – which is why the letter S was added to it’s name.
The luxury brand Piaget has always been ahead of the trends with their movements, and it is nice to see that they continue to create new movements for their new watches, like the Polo S.
