After excessive travelling for some years now, there are only a few places left I’d rather be than home. The Adler Lodge in Ritten, South Tyrol is definitely one of them.
Built on top of Renon mountain with a breathtaking view – the wooden structures of the lodge offer a perfect place to rest your body and soul. The Adler Lodge Ritten was designed by standards of green building using locally-sourced materials and nature-inspired colors in perfect harmony.
I would definitely recommend the upgrade to one of the 20 available chalets (especially the ones around the pond)! The design & interiors of these luxury huts are incredible and bring you the exclusive hideaway feeling. Everything is very thoughtfully built just to serve your retreat needs and beyond.
Equipped with a forest spa with 2 bio saunas and a relax room built into treehouses the Adler Lodge Ritten indeed serves all needs for the relax hungry connoisseur. A huge infinity outdoor pool including an indoor area are here for the just a little more active experience if needed.
Hannes Pignater and his team are creating a light and superfine cuisine. Local ingredients are used in a way to celebrate their natural tastes and aromas. It’s simple and sophisticated – a refined art form, that not many chefs are capable of. The breakfast and brunch comes with lots of different local beverage choices like a very special rouge apple juice. From 1-4pm there’s light lunch and then dinner with 5 courses (and even 2 full menu selections + extras from the classics menu for vegetarians). The concept is all-inclusive, so every meal and all the drinks are included in the daily rate at the Adler Lodge Ritten.
