You may have already noticed the new #espassiert campaign by Desperados in the last weeks? The campaign is all about excitement and winning a surprise which you didn’t expect. Now the first brave ones already won – they went to London and had a crazy exciting weekend!
On my last trip to Paris I stumbled across the new LPLR Eyewear brand while strolling through the concept store “Colette”.
Who’s first skateboarding attemps didn’t start in a parking lot? Those are the best spots, especially on sundays, when they’re empty and you and more importantly everyone else is safe from your rookie riding skills. Other than that, they’re a perfect spot when it comes to testing my new Timberland boat shoes for their ability to surf the concrete.
The classic boat shoes by Timberland have been a safe choice for every summer. You don’t do safe? No problem, because now you can spice them up with some fresh patches!
If you are a ‘good’ Instagramer you have done it already for sure. The urban exploration – short ‘urbex’ – is fueled by the fascination and mystery of abandoned buildings, mostly in city surroundings.
The Green Light – Olafur Eliasson project at TBA21 invites you to become a hands-on man/woman . Either you build your own green light from scratch including 3d printed pieces or you interact with the workshop part of it by getting involved with the 40 refugees ‘working’ there. Either way you’ll experience art in a completely new way!
Austria’s finest editorial men’s fashion magazine “Vangardist” invited me to discover the idea of Nostalgia. Together with a great group of bloggers from Germany and Austria we came together at Villa Antoinette at the Semmering to take a trip back to the past.
In part one of the Omega story I showed you the coastline of Ireland. The inspiration for part two of this project was the engraved observatory on the backside of the Omega Globemaster watch. So I went on to follow the Irish “Astronomy Trail” to explore and learn more about the roots of time keeping.
Where and when was the beginning of time? For thousands of years, devices have been used to measure and keep track of time. But the real origin of time can be found in the stars. I was on a trip to Ireland on the tracks of time from their own Dublin Mean Time to Greenwich Mean Time – all travelled alongside the so called “Astronomy trail”. With the new Omega Globemaster co-axial Master Chronometer I had a precise and elegant watch, which joined me and on which I could count on every second.
3d printing is nothing new these days. “projekt samsen” are making solid and lightweight sunglasses, that are really wearable and not just good looking.
